| Stage 1: Artwork Creation |
| If you have a rough sketch, or would
like your logo or artwork to be produced by us, we offer a full design
service. A selection of possible choices will be sent to you by e-mail
fax or post for your approval. This service is free of charge providing
you have your chosen design digitised.You can send your artwork to us by
e-mail, most formats can be used, but JPG for a PC is preferable.
Alternatively you can fax or post it, whichever is easiest. |

| Stage 2: Skilled Digitising |
| The artwork is then carefully
digitised using high quality specialist software to recreate the design
specifically for embroidery purposes. Stitch direction, size and colours
are indicated in minute detail. |

| Stage 3: Sample Testing |
| Finally your finished embroidery
design is saved onto disk for a sample
to be run out onto fabric. We choose a fabric as close as possible to
your specified garment, so we can check carefully how the design will
potentially run in production.This sample is then checked against the
original artwork. Nearest available fabric and thread colours are used
where possible. |

| Stage 4: Payment. (Garment Orders)
|
| Payment is due by cheque prior to the
dispatch of the goods.The Goods are sent on a next day carrier or
delivered (within 20 mile radius) as soon as the payment is received.
For orders below £300 postage & packing is £6.00. |

| Stage 5: Dispatch |
| Orders are dispatched within 10-14
days from your sample approval and payment. |
